With the measuring tape horizontal, measure at the widest point just under your armpits.

With the measuring tape horizontal, measure at the narrowest point just above your hip.

Hips
Stand with your feet together, and measuring tape horizontal, measure at the widest part of your hips.
4.
Inseam
With the measuring tape vertically, measure from crotch to the bottom of your leg.

"I believe this will be an excellent ultralight shirt for travel and light hiking. I've yet to wear it in anger but I have tried it on. It feels very comfortable and weighs almost nothing. We offer 60-day returns in New Zealand for change of mind as long as all items are unused, in original packaging (with tags attached), and you have proof of purchase.
