With the measuring tape horizontal, measure at the widest point just under your armpits.

Waist
With the measuring tape horizontal, measure at the narrowest point just above your hip.
3.
Hips
Stand with your feet together, and measuring tape horizontal, measure at the widest part of your hips.
4.
Inseam
With the measuring tape vertically, measure from crotch to the bottom of your leg.

  • The UPF rating applies only to the area of skin covered. Protection may be reduced if the material is wet, stretched or from the effects of normal wear or exposure to chemicals. For best sun protection use hats, clothing that provides maximum coverage, sunglasses, sunscreen and shade.
