Ultralight Women’s Down Pullover is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 5.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super comfortable, warm and versatile! I got my hands on an Ultralight Down Pullover for my bike packing tour of the South American Andes. It has proved to be the perfect outer layer for conditions north of the equator, and a versatile mid-layer for colder high elevations. The 800 loft down provides maximum warmth without excessive bulk, and is so lightweight I sometimes forget I'm wearing it! The DWR finish and water resistant down mean it has never gotten damp, comprising warmth in bad conditions. For the colder conditions we're starting to experience I'm continuing to use it as a mid-layer. It's much lighter, warmer and smaller than an equivalent fleece jacket, and the great cut enables me to ride in it on cold days. Other pluses are it packs down really small - hardly taking up any space on my bike, and it looks good for wearing out when we're staying in towns for the night.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super stylish & warm. I bought this pullover 2weeks ago & it’s the best purchase I’ve made from Kathmandu. I’ve worn it a few times now & it’s very flattering & stylish not to mention incredibly warm at 800 fill power down. Being water repellent helps too. I love the colour & the liteness of this pullover. The front pocket is quite handy too for your phone, money, gloves, beanie etc. There is a zip on the left hand side which helps with putting it on and taking it off, but also if your getting a little too warm it lets the cooler air get to your body. And of course it packs into itself which is always handy to use as a pillow when flying or a foot rest. Well worth the investment. I will definitely take this next time I’m off to Europe in their winter and am using it now for one of our coldest winters in Sydney.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Wonderful specs 800 fill DownTek™jacket Overall I love this jacket. The colour is a beautiful midnight blue, which looks great on my fair skin. It's really good specs - 800 fill DownTek™. People don't pay enough attention to down rating. This jacket has really high loft quality down and less weight is needed for warmth because they've used 800 fill. It's a water-repellant type which makes it way more tolerant of damp not only from showers or water getting through a raincoat, but also - importantly - from sweat. As down loses insulation if it's soaked and the loft is all squashed from being wetted out. And it has a DWR waterproof treatment on the fabric itself. I also really like the careful way they've done the top of the hood with a kind of recessed baffle, where it meets the forehead, so that it seals warmth beautifully in the cold. And they've designed the hood width and height so that it's fine if you have your hair tied up in a bun, pony tail, long hair tucked in, etc. That could not be better designed. The only minor negatives I don't like are: 1) that the wrist is too loose / not elasticated enough, and heat is escaping at the wrist, as it's not sealing at the wrist. (Likely they designed it for layering something underneath, but it's still too loose at the wrist, which could be improved through a stretchier tighter elastic used at the wrist.) And 2) It only has one pocket which is the kangaroo pocket across the centre, which the jacket packs away beautifully into.... but it means there's nowhere comfy to put your hands if you're around camp in the evening. You can't comfortably put them into that centre pocket. If there were side pockets, you'd have your hands in your pockets. However I can live with those negatives. I may see if I can get my dressmaker to sew some tighter elastic inside the wrists. I can wear my polypro black gloves or merino gloves on cold evenings. Other than those small cons, it's a fabulous jacket. It's stylish, beautifully designed, great specs and wonderful warmth for weight ratio. Versatile for outdoor adventures and camping, or travel and being out around town. The low weight and easy pack-down - means it's easily carried in a backpack rugsack or thrown into luggage. And as it packs down into a tidy small pillow size, it can double as a pillow if needed.
