Chest
With the measuring tape horizontal, measure at the widest point just under your armpits.

Waist
With the measuring tape horizontal, measure at the narrowest point just above your hip.
3.
Hips
Stand with your feet together, and measuring tape horizontal, measure at the widest part of your hips.
4.
Inseam
With the measuring tape vertically, measure from crotch to the bottom of your leg.

"I recently ordered this vest in size Large - my usual size for fleece jackets is a 12 - so I thought that was the appropriate size - but it's just too big to be effective to be warm. Nothing wrong with the product - I just got the wrong size. I've reordered in a size Medium and hope that fits better."
