"I ordered my bottles, which were on special, when I was overseas. I ordered on the internet through ‘click and collect’ but as I was travelling wast’t able to go to the nearest branch and other priorities prevailed when I returned. The shop at Woden was kind enough to keep them for three weeks before I collected them. They sent reminders and called by phone to check if I have intended to cancel the order, offering to refund if so. When I collected some one week after that no questions were asked."

"For the last 10+ years I have been using this water bottle and and has been my daily goto to keep hydrated (yes, I am in the team who still drink plain water!). Kathmandu bottle is my goto always. Recently someone dropped it and chipped a piece of the sealing surface of the opening and water started leaking. So I bought a new one as the broken now seen better days and can't use it inside my bag anymore with electronics. Yes, this bottle never leaks!! The mouth piece is a great idea, helps to manage the water flow making it easy to drink. Having the lid connected makes it easy as you can use a single hand to drink water even when standing up! Clear bottle helps to see if there's anything in the bottle and need cleaning. The best, simple water bottle I ever used. This time I got two, one for my partner, and she loves it as well over her old bottle."

- The top is approx 4cm wide and the bottle 18.5cm tall.
- Is this bottle BPA free?
- Yas.
- Is it safe to have hot water in it?
- No, this is not designed for hot water so I would not recommend this bottle for hot water. You'd be best to go for an insulated bottle or flask.
- Is this dishwasher safe? Looking for a bottle without a straw/ sippy top for a 4-year-old. Thanks.
- The care instructions are; Before use wash the bottle and lid with warm water and mild detergent, rinse thoroughly. Dishwasher safe-- top shelf only.
- Can you put boiling water in this bottle?
- We would not recommend putting boiling water in this drink bottle, try a flask for boiling water instead!
