"I absolutely love my new coat. It is so warm. Much more warmer than my 2 other puffer jackets I bought from a different shop. I got the size 18 and am glad I did because the coat is a very slim fit especially around the sleeves and shoulders area. For much larger women it would not fit. They really need to make much larger sizes. But I’m lucky mine fitted good."

"This is my third colour of the winterburn jacket. Love it & love the cut & fit, but can you do something about the smell!! Each time I get one it absolutely stinks like smelly wet dog. Sorry but I’m been totally honest. I have washed it, dried it & still can’t get rid of the smell. Size 8 & I’m normally a size 8."
