"I ordered trousers and what I believed to be a free backpack as gift with purchase, received the backpack and charged $20 for it, no trousers and no advice as to why they weren't delivered. Contacted service centre, appalling service, received a refund for trousers, have since contacted head office in New Zealand and heard nothing. Not impressed"
Great vest and backpack
"Both the down vest and the packable backpack exceeded my expectations. The vest is the perfect size and is helping to keep me warm, especially as I feel the cold more than most. The backpack folds into a small package for easy transportation, and then folds out into a useful size for clothing etc. Great stuff Kathamandu!!"
