"Unique and very excellent craftsmanship, if you are interested in standing out, albeit it be in the storm. It does come at a high cost and some of us will say, it's worth every cent. If you're about saving money whilst protecting yourself from the storm, this might not be for you. Try cheaper alternatives, they maybe bulkier, but will work just as fine."
Good features but too expensive to its value
"It’s an ok jacket. It’s very light, easy to store and travel with. It has some zippers on the side to facilitate the air to go inside it and not make you feel too hot while using it, which is something I love about the product. What I didn’t like is that the jacket has thicker fabric in the chest area, but thinner in the arms… So even when it’s not too cold or too windy, to me, the jacket was not good enough and didn’t stand on its own. I end up having to use two jackets. I had some experiences in the rain with it, and it could stand for a while, but I was expecting it to be more rainproof/wind proof based on the price I paid for it. Hope that Kathmandu improves this model in future releases."

Very good performance on a wet winter cycling trip
"I am very impressed with this jacket. My first use was a winter cycling trip that involved a couple of days of heavy rain. It may not be as breathable as the latest Gore-tex but there are zips under the arms and on the side which help with ventilation. Not my ideal colour but it is difficult to argue with a clearance price that is less than half of the competition."

"Perfect light-weight shell that keeps the wind and rain out. Underarm zippers are great to let excess warmth out and prevent damp building up inside. A great product."
