Annoyingly limited charging options

"Same frustration as the previous reviewer. The lantern only charges with the USB-C end of the supplied cable plugged into the lantern, but the other end of the cable has a USB-A connector that must be plugged into an older style 5V USB power supply (not supplied). Using a modern USB-C charger for a cellphone or from a USB-C power bank won't work to charge this lantern."

unable to charge with a usb-c charger

"This lantern uses USB C which is great. BUT it cannot be used with a usbc-usbc charger. It is designed to be used with a usb-a charger (which provides 5V as standard and won't charge with a usb-c charger). Please don't use the cheapest standards out there! We now have a lantern that is not compatible with standard usb-c chargers. Very frustrating. Otherwise works as intended."
