Inefficient Design
"Dear Kathmandu Team, The product is designed to serve its purpose as an hand torch, but if more attention been paid to the design aspects, this would've turned into an otherwise good product. The final product is sleek, compact, and packs quite a power for its size. But, I find it highly disappointing to see, the design team didn't heed attention to install a charging indicator to provide an accurate battery level whilst on usage/charging. Also, instead of a click mechanism, if a dial knob would've been installed to change its mode, would've taken the user experience to be satisfactory. I do believe my suggestions would be taken into consideration for the future design, and I wish you the best. Kind regards, M Senthatti"

- Kia ora Grace, Sorry about the super delayed response! A few of the questions have sneaked through undetected. Some torches the light comes on once fully charged, some will blind and some will have a light on the entire time and turn off when fully charged. The best way to find out is by testing yourself or contacting your nearest store as they will have seen a variety of torches and will be best able to advise you on what the Ruru torch does when charging. It is also good to note, sometimes when you purchase a torch there is a sticker over the battery that needs to be pealed off before using. Cheers ^Ange
