"We haven’t yet used this for camping but we have erected to make sure all was as advertised and after many years of camping and erecting tents we were impressed how easy it was to put up. This purchase will replace a 4. 5 gazebo we have had for some years and the additional space (5mtr), the additional head height, and being water proof will help us know our family communal dinning/games area will keep us all dry should it rain."

"We’ve used and used this tent over the past 10 years and after it being ripped in a storm, we just had to replace it. Only slightly complicated to put up with extremely clear and straightforward instructions."
No Replacement Poles, leaks
"Very roomy and high stud Used twice, needs to be waterproofed again. Had to seal the the built in floor holes professionally as water comes in. Spare poles- none for the roof, and these are very specific with a curve in them. We will have to try and get them made otherwise the tent can't be used."

"Kia Ora, bought mine last summer and one of the poles broke have been trying to get a replacement but the Rotorua branch said to keep looking online where can I get a replacement for the door poles please Awesome to use as a sleep tent too. Only thing is trying to get replacements"

Q&A
- Is there available repair kits for the fabric on compass hub? Grey/red version.
- I would suggest popping into your local store as they can advise you on the best repair option and also can have it sent for repair if required.
- Hi team, When will this be in stock again? And what part of the retreat 280 tent would this connect to? And would we need to purchase any other connections to make the work?
- There are unfortunately not restock plans within the next few months sorry. But the retreat 280 would connect to the hub with the no-room end of the tent, not requiring any connectors
- Can you use the red and grey version with the new retreat 360?
- Yes, you can use this older Retreat Compass Hub with current Retreat tents :)
- Can you use the day hub as a regular sleeping tent or recommended not to?
- With all 4-walls attached, this tent is fine to use for sleeping in.
- Is there any reason why this shouldn’t be used as a tent for sleeping in?
- Hi Lucy, thanks for your question. With all walls set up, the Compass Hub is fully waterproof and therefore would be fine to sleep in :)

- UVE may not be an accurate guide due to design, height, sunlight direction, and user position.
- Use sunscreen, shade, and protective clothing together for best sun protection.
Care instructions
- Make sure all parts are completely dry before storage
- Hand wash only when necessary
- Do not machine wash
- Use non-detergent soap with a soft-bristled brush or sponge
- Rinse well and dry in a ventilated area out of direct sunlight
