- Hi there, we would really like to purchase a doorway pole for our Retreat Compass Hub and it's been out of stock for a long time. Is there anyway we can request to get one made for purchase? Or are there any other options for us to use for our tent? Would love any help we could get as we want to make the most of our purchase but sadly got caught on a windy day and have bent our pole a bit for the doorway.
- Your best bet would be to get in contact with your local store and they can advise you on who they recommend in your area for repairs. We do not have an in-house repair service, and the nation wide agent we use is Twin Needle in Christchurch and you can get in touch with them directly if you wish.
