Q&A

I'm confused on the orientation (layout) in the second image where the HUB is connected to the tent. Can you please explain which room/area the HUB is connected to? Cheers
The hub will connect to the doorway that has the red pole.
Can the Compass Hub attached to the main side door/annex entrance to the Retreat 360 or does it only connect to an end? or would it also need a Compass Hub Connector to achieve this?
Hi Tim, thanks for the question. The Retreat Compass Hub can connect to the Retreat 360 side entrance (bottom entrance if position in the shape of a "T") without the use of a Hub Connector. I hope that helps, cheers.
How do you tie back the rooms doors after they’ve been unzipped? There seems to be hooks but on the wrong side of the door? Thanks
Hi Kirsty, The 360 has these triangle mesh pockets sewn on the fabric beside the door. You literally roll up the door fabric and tuck them into these pockets. The external doors do often have the toggle with the loop to hold the fabric in place. If you have any further questions please get in touch ^Ange
Can the day room attach to the 360?
No you cannot attach Retreat Dayroom to the tent, howeverm you can attach Retareat Compass Hub
Hi there, can you chose which side connects to the Compass hub or is it only one specific side /opening? We have the hub but looking at some of these tents that connect.
Yes, you can choose the side to connect the Compass Hub to.

UVE 95%+

  • This woven shade fabric provides 95%+ UV protection according to AS 4174.When shade fabric is used for purposes such as shade structures for human protection, the ultraviolet effectiveness (UVE) may not be an accurate guide to the protection provided and may be less than the measured value due to factors including variations in design, height and size of shade structures, stretching of the fabric, the distance of the fabric from the persons, the direction of sunlight, and the physical location of the persons within the shade structures (e.g. at the edge or at the centre.)
Care instructions

  • Make sure all parts are completely dry before storage
  • Hand wash only when necessary
  • Do not machine wash
  • Use non-detergent soap with a soft-bristled brush or sponge
  • Rinse well and dry in a ventilated area out of direct sunlight
