A good fit and simple ordering experience

"I have worn these shoes half a dozen times anx they have been super comfortable from the get go. I am not a runner, but do a lot of walking and am on my feet most of the day so wanted something hardwearing. I may swap out the laces for a more neutral colour, but this is no reflection on the shoe. Service was efficient and straightforward. Thank you, Kathmandu."

"Very comfortable, great toe room (heigth & width both), the formation of sole is not overly exaggerated so when walk in them doesn't feel weird. The tongue of the shoe is made so that it doesn't drop down into the shoe (convenient) also an elastic band over the tongue made the shoe could be worn loosely without tightening the lace (like during long bus or plane travel etc). Wish more neutral color options were available."

Care instructions

  • Caring for your footwear is simple, just follow these three easy steps: Clean Waterproof Dry
  • Clean: Brush off dirt, remove the shoelaces and the O FIT Insole, and rinse your footwear. We recommend using Grangers footwear care products. Avoid using solvents, petroleum, and detergents on your shoes. Once you have generously applied the gel, rinse the boots again.
  • Waterproof: If the surface of your shoes is absorbing water, it’s time to re-waterproof. Even styles with a B-DRY membrane will benefit from re-waterproofing.
  • Dry: Let the boots air-dry completely. Do not put your shoes in a clothes washer or dryer. To speed up drying stuff your shoes with dry cloths to soak up excess moisture. Lace up your clean and dry footwear and hit the trail!

Returning an item

We offer 60-day returns in New Zealand for change of mind as long as all items are unused, in original packaging (with tags attached), and you have proof of purchase.
