Care instructions

  • Caring for your footwear is simple, just follow these three easy steps:
  • Clean
  • Waterproof
  • Dry

Clean

  • Brush off dirt, remove the shoelaces and the O FIT Insole, and rinse your footwear.
  • Avoid using solvents, petroleum, and detergents on your shoes.
  • Once you have generously applied the gel, rinse the boots again.

Waterproof

  • If the surface of your shoes is absorbing water, it’s time to re-waterproof.
  • Even styles with a B-DRY membrane will benefit from re-waterproofing.
  • Dry for a few minutes, then wipe off any excess proof.

Dry

  • Let the boots air-dry completely.
  • Do not put your shoes in a clothes washer or dryer.
  • To speed up drying, stuff your shoes with dry cloths to soak up excess moisture.
  • Lace up your clean and dry footwear and hit the trail!

Returning an item

We offer 60-day returns in New Zealand for change of mind as long as all items are unused, in original packaging (with tags attached), and you have proof of purchase.
