"These hug the feet so no lumpy or loose bits. Gives support especially good for walking or hiking. They are so comfy that hubby wears every day. He has lots of pairs now, different colours good. The left & right labelling is very useful."

I also bought the full length ones for a hike 3 years ago in heavy duty hiking boots and never got a blister once. Still use them - no holes and hardly looks worn.
