"Can't get enough of this super comfortable and warm classic hooded fleece jacket This rust/orange colour being my third (previously charcoal and green from a few years ago which I've worn to death and they're still going strong, zips, drawstrings, stitching and all, they still look new). Not too bulky like other fleeces so great for travelling and layering, easy care to wash and dries fast, so I check for new colours every season."

Ordered two XS online (my

"Ordered two XS online (my usual size) on sale. Sleeves were far too tight (especially the forearm and cuff area) as others had mentioned. The cut is rather different from other KMD jackets. Went to store and returned one and swapped the chilli pepper for an S. The phone pocket isn't long enough for most modern phones. Wouldn't put my phone in the pocket as all pockets are made of mesh fabric, which probably won't last. Should have used the same fabric as the rest of the garment. Seems to block out wind reasonably well if zipped up and with the hood on."

Quality in Decline

"I have been a customer for a few years but will not be purchasing from you again. This jacket is not a good fit, the material thin and flimsy. The quality has dropped significantly with other items also—the materials feel cheap and poorly made. It is obvious, and customers do notice. The sizing is also completely inconsistent. As a petite person,it's strange to buy extra large to get a reasonable fit. The decline in standards is disappointing."
