Poor quality control undermines great shorts

"The shorts are very comfortable and the fabric seems sturdy but the stitching started coming apart within a few months, and that’s after another pair of shorts purchased at the same time being essentially unwearable because of poor quality control around buttons actually remaining fastened. When making these quality concerns known there is no response - very poor customer service. I could have returned them both but aren’t we tired of this kind of burden? Everything is beta now, including this brand. It’s sad to see a once great brand slowly fading away due to poor quality control and zero customer service."

Men’s cotton shorts

"Ordered on line size 32 which normally fits me very comfortably. However the shorts received were indeed 32 but were extremely tight and I was unable to comfortably secure the top button. Fortunately thanks to Kathmandu’s exchange policy I was able to exchange the product for a size 34 which is normally too large. Apart from the poor sizing I was well pleased with the service and staff interaction that I experienced"
