"Why does my review keep disappearing from the website. The hood is a great size but is rubbish because it pops off when i wear a backpack or a crossbody bag. Hood needed to be attached with a or buttons with loop holes. I also included actual garment measurements on my review to help others shopping online. I did criticise customer service is that why my review has been deleted."

"My wife and I both purchased one of these each to visit Lapland during Finland's winter. Haven't worn it yet, but the specs and quality will be great for this upcoming trip. Definitely need to size down when ordering. I normally take a Large or sometimes XL, but in this case a Medium was the ideal size."
