"really great cargo trousers. They served me well on a 9 day hike. Quick dry, lightweight, loads of useful pockets, I love them. what is the measurement of thigh in cm? thanks
Thigh width-across at crotch point, 31.5cm for size 10. plus or minus 0.5 for next sizes.
Can you please advise, do the fabric of these pants have a DWR treatment?  Thanks. 
No they don't.
I would like to know if these pant have stretch or are they fitted
These pants are made of 6% Elastane so yes do have stretch to them.
