Received only half of the order
"Ordered two different sized sets Received the separate top and bottoms of the set, emailed the team and they simply gave some money back. Emailed saying I would just like the full sets not any money - or I’ll return the single pieces for a full refund. They told me they’d refund me the full amount and I still haven’t received it. Don’t have an online sale if you’re not able to manage it."

If you are not a member, a flat rate of $12 is charged for orders.

Returns
Returning an item
We offer 60-day returns in New Zealand for change of mind as long as all items are unused, in original packaging (with tags attached), and you have proof of purchase.
Underwear cannot be returned for change of mind due to hygiene reasons. This exclusion does not apply to faulty underwear.
