"My daughter loves it the day it arrives. Perfect time of delivery too. I had an issue at Sylvia park store I had an issue with my jacket that I wore once and furr was coming out as I asked the guy at counter he was rude and biased behaviour totally insulted us I was with my wife and daughter I didn’t argue with him because I don’t need a drama or more harassment at the store. It was in 2nd week of February this year. I hope you teach a little bit of manner to your staff to behave appropriately towards old customers I didn’t asked home to change or refund the jacket. But he did it. Asked me such questions that I don’t have answer and makes no sense. I am happy to refund the new jacket And if you give me the old one. I will be happy to if he could apologise to me. I never returned of complaint before ever this was the first and last shopping with Kathmandu. I hope he treat other customers well. Good luck. Parvinder Singh 0221983609"
