Do not buy these!
"Incredibly disappointed, both with what I thought was a quality pair of runners and kathmandu customer service. The lining on the inside of the ankle and back of heel started disintegrate after a month. I have never seen runners wear this poorly, and they haven't been used on the trails! Brought them in to Kathmandu and was told it is normal wear and tear and I should bring them to a shoe repair shop and have the reinforced. Tried online customer service and they have still not responded after almost two weeks. Keen themselves said that they would be happy to look at it, but it has to go through the retailer. Incredibly frustrating. Don't buy them, even if they are on sale, not worth it. I would have been better off getting a pair at Kmart, but I know for next time."

"These shoes are a comfortable fit, however they developed holes in the trim around the ankle within 1 week. This area was not rubbing on anything so I am at a loss to work out why. I emailed Kathmandu about this and received a support number, but nearly 6 weeks later I have still not had a response despite 2 further emails."
