"Really comfortable to sleep on and provides excellent support. The built-in pillow pump works perfectly and inflates the mat quickly, but it definitely takes a minute to figure out the valve system the first time. Once you get the knack of it, it’s a breeze to use."

"It's all right for a mat and it's great at keeping me off the ground but after owning it for about seven years it's recently started deflating during the night cause me too have to pump it up again the next day, which I must say pumping this mat is a workout and a half, especially when I'm in my hiking tent with not a lot of room and I'm squashing myself into a corner just to pump it up."

"I hope to be able to give this product a better review eventually. In the meanwhile I’m waiting to receive a reply (other than an automated receipt of email response) to a straightforward question I submitted more than five weeks ago. We bought a tent, mattresses and sleeping bags so that the kids could go camping in the school holidays. My question was whether the waterproof treatment on the kids’ sleeping bags contained toxic PFAS, which Kathmandu has pledged to phase out. I don’t feel we can use the sleeping bags in case we end up needing to return them, so the kids are still waiting for their camping trip, and the school holidays are running out…"
