Terrible Customer Support

"I’m getting in touch about a Click and Collect order I placed for collection in Napier. I emailed on 20 January to request cancellation as I’m unable to collect the item, and I’ve followed up twice since then. I haven’t received confirmation that the order has been cancelled. Today I received an email asking me to review the product, which is frustrating given I requested cancellation six weeks ago.
