Does not keep food hot

"The size and design of this is great but it unfortunately doesn’t keep food hot. I preheat the container with boiling water and keep it in an insulated lunch box but the food is room temp within 3 hours, which I imagine is not only annoying but a food safety issue. Such a bummer, it’s such a nice container otherwise."
