"I made a mistake with this purchase thinking it was going to be warm enough for me. I called the help line and then a local store to me to see if the Epic hooded down was available, everyone I spoke to was super helpful, had stock held till I could get to the store, and provided a smooth exchange for the correct jacket. Very pleased with the service and now my old one will be donated for someone else to use. thanks team."

"I have ordered this for my wife since it was in the sale and it was much cheaper compare to its original price. It was fine on first couple of wears, but after that she noticed that feathers come out from every here and there on the jumper. We noticed tha the feathers were filled up with pointed quill on it which made the jumper to make a hole and come out from there. Would not buy again."
