"I recently purchased this down jacket online, and I’m extremely disappointed with the quality. The jacket sheds feathers everywhere, and many areas look poorly made. I’m honestly very frustrated because last year I bought a similar style in-store, and the quality was excellent , it’s still in great condition even now. That good experience gave me the confidence to order online this time, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a huge disappointment. I really expected much better quality, especially compared to what I bought before."

"the feathers actually come out, not sure what happen but there little feather line (thought is stitches dropped out and when I pull it out it actually feather) where I circle in the picture if I pull the little white line out is actually feather.
