"Great product. Silly me forgot to use a gentle cycle but it still came out with the down spread on the big areas. I just had to adjust the sleeves but that’s my fault for not using a gentle cycle. Highly recommend."

how are we the only people who didn't like this?

"The liquid did nothing to clean normal body odours from our sports clothing - had to rewash with normal liquid - and the hard, plastic balls are extremely loud in tumbler - prefer wool balls, which do the same job."

Yes, I'd recommend to hand wash the sleeping bag to best protect the integrity of the patch repair.
