"Disappointed that I could not buy these at my local Katmandu shop. Apparently these had been available (the very helpful shop assistant (young woman)advised me). She was extremely helpful & followed up the item the same day & advised me that I would need to order it online. Item ordered & was dispatched to me in good time. The item worked well for patching my puffer jacket. I think that the shop assistant could teach many others how to give good service. Katmandu are very fortunate to have employed her. Thank you"
