"I use these Kathmandu shorts for sailing, and they’ve been perfect on the boat. The fabric dries fast after sea spray or rain and stays comfortable in hot weather. The pockets are deep and practical — great for holding small tools or a phone securely. They’re lightweight, easy to move in, and a good length — not too short, not too long, which makes them great for active days on deck. After plenty of saltwater use, they still look good, though I always rinse them in fresh water after each trip. The fabric can catch on rough fittings occasionally, but overall these shorts are durable, quick-drying, and excellent value for anyone spending time around water."
