"I ordered two jackets and was asked to pay $180 import taxes on top of the already paid price. I reached out to their customer service and the US sales person on their website and got no response. I hopefully get my money back. Not recommended."

Disappointed!
"Waited for it to finally appear on sale for nearly a year - but it's simply not as good as the previous version I bought back in 2011 and which has been my main winter coat every year for 14 years! (It still looks good which is a testament to the great manufacturing) On this new version, the ripstop fabric isn't as thick, the zip pulls are cheaper, there's no fleece on the arm cuffs and the stitched tailoring has disappeared giving a much bulkier appearance along with a couple of other bits. I was really looking forward to owning the new version for another 14 years - but the disappointment of it not being the great coat I know it can be (combined with the price going up A LOT!) makes me undecided if I want to keep it or now try a rival brand. Sorry but 'shrinkflation' strikes again."
