Broke on first use

"On our first day at the beach, there were other cabanas set up nearby. We were able to assemble ours without issue, securing the sides with sand and getting set up. The wind conditions were reasonable, although we noticed our cabana was being pushed slightly to one side. While returning from a swim and when I was about halfway up the beach, I saw the structure begin to collapse and started running toward it. By the time I reached it, the top had collapsed and the centre pole had shifted, causing the cabana to fall to one side. On inspection, we discovered that one of the top bars had snapped, as it was only secured with a low-quality plastic fitting. The cabana was returned for credit."

"Used my new Cabana Beach Base for the 1st time 2 days ago. One person could set it up but only in complete wind-still conditions. If there's a wind, even a breeze, it will take 2 people. Once it was up, it served its purpose as shelter quite well. I'd recommend it."

Rubish Cabana

"easy to put up but performs poorly when sliding the center up to extend the outside poles, the plastic center piece twists awkwardly and puts tension on the connection which supports the arms and breaks - Returned and replaced - second one the same, so after continual use it eventually lose its structural integrity. under a light breeze at the beach the outside folds inward. but other cabanas still stood firm."

Hi, do you have instructions available for the setup? They were not included. We’re having trouble locking the top of the cabana into place
Hi Ada, thanks for the question. Unfortunately, this shelter doesn't currently have any set up instructions. If you are still struggling to set it up, please pop into a store to enquire about any tip and tricks to setting up.
Seriously, this thing needs instructions please... we've just purchased one and despite having 2 usually competent adults try their best, we're none the wiser as to how to get this damned thing up. Ideally, could you please pack instructions with the product please? Or failing that, perhaps you could post some on your site. Other users have provided the same feedback, so it's clearly not just us.
Hi Anna, thanks for reaching out with your feedback. I do apologies that our Cabana Beach Base was difficult to put up and the lack of instructions. I'm not 100% sure why our design team opted to go without instructions, unlike our other tents, so your feedback is highly valued.

Can you have a back as well as 2 walls up like a tent?
You can attached wall to each side of this shelter if purchased separately
Is this suitable for fields - I.e. for watching long cricket matches?
While this product is designed for the beach, as the legs have specific pockets for sand to weigh it down, it could be used on a field if there are low winds.
