Its durable fabric and steel pole structure keeps the structure standing in light winds and the 95%+ UVE fabric helps provide a bit of reprieve from the harsh sun. The middle pole keeps it extra stable. UVE 95%+ This woven shade fabric provides 95%+ UV protection according to AS 4174. High UVE ratings should not be relied upon as the only form of sun protection. Use of a combination of sunscreen, shade and covering up are always recommended.

Broke on first use

"On our first day at the beach, there were other cabanas set up nearby. We were able to assemble ours without issue, securing the sides with sand and getting set up. The wind conditions were reasonable, although we noticed our cabana was being pushed slightly to one side. While returning from a swim and when I was about halfway up the beach, I saw the structure begin to collapse and started running toward it. By the time I reached it, the top had collapsed and the centre pole had shifted, causing the cabana to fall to one side. On inspection, we discovered that one of the top bars had snapped, as it was only secured with a low-quality plastic fitting. The cabana was returned for credit."

"Used my new Cabana Beach Base for the 1st time 2 days ago. One person could set it up but only in complete wind-still conditions. If there's a wind, even a breeze, it will take 2 people. Once it was up, it served its purpose as shelter quite well. I'd recommend it."

Rubish Cabana

"easy to put up but performs poorly when sliding the center up to extend the outside poles, the plastic center piece twists awkwardly and puts tension on the connection which supports the arms and breaks - Returned and replaced - second one the same, so after continual use it eventually lose its structural integrity. under a light breeze at the beach the outside folds inward. but other cabanas still stood firm."
