"Great product. The lady at the counter was very helpful as she informed us that it takes a while to inflate the first few times. So grateful we didn’t try inflate at campsite as it initially takes a couple of hours, seems fine now. Thanks"

- Hi, we bought the cabana double air bed. It works really well, but we have opened both valves and it's not deflating and we can't find any instructions specifically for this air mattress online on how to deflate it. I was told not to force the air out as it can damage the valves. Can we please have some instructions? No instructions came with the air bed. Thanks.
- This mat has two multi-functional valves, which you can easily swivel to inflate or deflate. If you open the valve correctly, air should easily escape out when rolling this mat up. As advised, be careful not to jump on it, as it could cause the swivel valve to pop out of place.
