  • Caring for your footwear is simple, just follow these three easy steps: Clean Waterproof Dry
  • Clean: Brush off dirt, remove the shoelaces and the O FIT Insole, and rinse your footwear. We recommend using Grangers footwear care products. Avoid using solvents, petroleum, and detergents on your shoes.
  • Waterproof: If the surface of your shoes is absorbing water, it’s time to re-waterproof.
  • Dry: Let the boots air-dry completely. Do not put your shoes in a clothes washer or dryer. To speed up drying stuff your shoes with dry cloths to soak up excess moisture. Lace up your clean and dry footwear and hit the trail!

If you are not a member, a flat rate of $12 is charged for orders.

We offer 60-day returns in New Zealand for change of mind as long as all items are unused, in original packaging (with tags attached), and you have proof of purchase.
