Bought this size 4 understanding from the advertisement wording "2 layer" that it would also come with the removable inner fleece jacket. Was a little disappointing, would suggest changing the description in the advert. Regardless, the quality of the outer jacket material and inclusion of reflective strips makes this a winner for us as he uses it on his bike a lot."
