With the measuring tape horizontal, measure at the widest point just under your armpits.

With the measuring tape horizontal, measure at the narrowest point just above your hip.
3.
Hips
Stand with your feet together, and measuring tape horizontal, measure at the widest part of your hips.
4.
Inseam
With the measuring tape vertically, measure from crotch to the bottom of your leg.

A seam-sealed two layer that's both wind and waterproof, keep your child well protected. The main recycled polyester fabric is softer - and quieter when rustling the pants into its pocket.
