"It's fine, does the job. My only major complaint is something that bothers me with pretty much all Kathmandu clothing. The clothes tag. It's awful and scratchy. I have sensory issues and it drives me insane. I've spoken to people without sensory issues and they also don't love it. I think it would be an amazing improvement if they fixed this issue."

- Are these women’s or men’s, they show on the women’s page ? I wear a size 12-14 so not sure what to order a Sm or Med if men’s , please advise
- These are unisex thermals and I'd recommend using the size guide to determine the best size for you.

- Yes they are machine washable - the care instructions are as follows: Warm machine wash, Do not bleach, Do not use fabric softener, Dry away from direct heat, Tumble dry low, Do not iron, Do not dry clean
- I sweat quite a bit and i was wondering that would affect this product much or not really?
- Polypros are a firm fitting base layer that are designed to keep you warm and wick moisture away from your skin. Factors can vary hugely on what can affect a person sweating but I would not recommend a polypro base layer to exercise in warm environments. We recommend the KMD motion as a more suitable option as the merino keeps cool as well as provides warmth if in cold environments. Otherwise I would recommend our Accion Drimotion t-shirt range for a better option for a light, breathable option when exercising/sweating.
