Kathmandu Leads the Way for Customer Satisfaction

Kathmandu was awarded ‘Sports Store of the Year’ as voted by customers at the New Zealand Customer Satisfaction Awards held in Auckland on 22 April 2015.

The awards night was organised by Roy Morgan Research, an independent research company that collects customer satisfaction ratings which inform the annual awards.

Kathmandu works hard to provide the very best outdoor gear and is thrilled to be recognised for its efforts by the people who matter most: customers.

“Saying you’re the best is one thing, but your customers saying it for you is a whole other level of validation,” said Michele Levin, CEO, Roy Morgan Research.
