Creating an online account gives you instant access to your details for a fast checkout experience. It's easy to set up and allows you to:

  • enter multiple shipping addresses

  • update your contact details

  • change your interests and communication preferences

  • check your online order history.

Online orders can also be made as a 'Guest'. However, if you shop as a guest your details will not be saved and you will not be able to view your order history after checkout.

Updating your details

To update your details online you will need to log in to your online account. Go to the ‘Account Overview’ page and select the area you wish to update. Enter your new details and save your changes. If you are an existing Summit Club member and do not have an online account, you can update your details by contacting us or visiting one of our stores and filling out a form.

Summit Club membership gives you access to exclusive rewards, including:

  • 20% off all Kathmandu branded gear and 10% off all other gear

  • a $20 Kathmandu reward voucher for every $500 you spend

  • exclusive access to Summit Club Days, VIP offers, promotions

  • early notification of sales and other promotions

  • sponsorship opportunities for you next big adventure.

Membership is subject to a one-off joining fee of $10. If your membership is showing as expired, please ask in store and we will reactive your membership free of charge. Alternatively, please call 1800 333 484.

Benefits of Summit Club are for individuals and their immediate families. Corporations, partnerships, trusts and other entities are not eligible to participate in the Kathmandu Summit Club. For corporate rates please call 1800 333 484.

Summit Club discounts are not given on the purchase of gift cards, reward vouchers, clearance items or seconds. Purchases made as a non-member cannot be retrospectively added after joining Summit Club.
