Questions & Answers
Are those true to size or do they come smaller/ bigger than the regular size?
Asked by: Lena2508
Yes these boots are true to size. If you are struggling to determine which size, I recommend using the Mondopoint scale for better accuracy.
The Mondopoint System is the same as measuring the foot (not the shoe) in millimetres (mm). To measure your foot using this system: Place your heel against a wall and measure from the back of the heel to the end of the longest toe.
Or if it is possible, we always recommend popping into a store to try these on to get the best fit for you!

A solid starter bootI bought these about a year ago as my first pair of hiking boots and they have been great. Very comfortable, very sturdy, not too heavy and surprisingly water proof, I've walked through streams in these where the water was running over the top of my foot and been submerged for 30 seconds or longer but my foot was still completely dry inside the boot. I did have the issue after about 6 months where the sole would slide drastically out of place after only 40 minutes of walking but sticking some double sided foam mounting tape to the bottom of the sole seems to have fixed that issue. Have worn them on numerous day walks including the Tongariro crossing and the Ben Lomond walk (just to the saddle). Wouldn't have any concern taking them on a multi day hike. Would give these 5 stars but the sliding sole was annoying enough to lose a star, a great boot all round though

Good Entry Level BootBought this on a fantastic discount. Very happy with them as an all round entry level boot. Would recommend this if you’re a 1 or 2 Day tramper. Good all round, a little lose in the ankle but very good value for money.

Comfortable and long lastingThere are some reviews here claiming poor quality and that they start falling apart after a few months. Do not believe them. Unless the quality has gone down I don’t understand. I’ve been wearing mine for 7yrs and over 1000km of hiking. A few months ago the sole on one started separating from the boot. A $7 tube of Sellys shoe repair to glue them back together fixed the problem and they’re still going strong. These are hands down the most comfortable and best pair of boots I’ve ever owned.

Great ShoeVery sturdy shoe and able to keep moist and wetness out so thats a plus, but only issue is that the inner-sole (padding) keeps moving or slips out of place making it uncomfortable at times. I've had to take the inner-sole out to make it more comfortable.

No blistersUsed these boots straight out of the box and did a fairly short 2-3 hour coastal walk over rocks and single track... No blisters or sore feet, very comfortable.
