Mummy

Mummy bags, with their wider cut shoulders and narrow feet are the most efficient when it comes to weight and warmth. These bags conform more closely to your shape and only require minimal body heat to warm up. They encase you ‘like a mummy’ and may be restrictive and less roomy than other bags.

Semi-Rectangular

Semi-Rectangular bags with their tapered foot (more room than the Mummy) and contoured hood are a good compromise. These bags provide ample sleeping space at the torso for comfort.

Rectangular

Rectangular types offer more space and are cooler than others, letting you move easily within the bag. Because of the larger top opening, heat can escape more easily.

Hi, I want to ask that would it fits for the adult like me? (160cm height)

Asked by: Xuann76
The maximum sleeper height for this sleeping bag is 160cm.

Would this be suitable for a short adult? (169cm height)?

Asked by: Shortanon21
I would recommend considering the dimensions of the bag (L 180 cm x W 70 cm) - personally I wouldn't recommend it as it'll be quite a tight fit. FYI - the length includes the hood part of the bag.

does this sleeping bag zip to duvet style

Asked by: Question13
This sleeping bag does fully unzip down the side and along the bottom, however due to the semi rectangular shape of the bag it will not lie flat like a duvet.
