Incentives

All Managers and Assistant Managers are eligible for bonuses providing certain targets are met within the store. These bonuses are paid quarterly and are store and company performance based. Inter-store competitions are also run throughout the year, such as Recreation Budget Incentives, Regional Manager Star Performer awards (which recognise outstanding contribution to the company, team or community) KPI Challenges, and Annual and Half Year awards, with prizes awarded to the winning teams or Employees.

Photo Shoots

Imagine getting paid for climbing in turkey or hiking through Africa? Twice a year we welcome applications from the Kathmandu community to join our Summer and Winter photo shoots. Not only will you have the chance to travel the world seeing some amazing sites, but you will also get to test our newest products out first hand.
