Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best all in one jacket ever! This jacket is by far the best travel, hike, beach whatever jacket. All zips are quality, heaps of pockets, 3 different ways to wear it and serves as a raincoat as well. I still have my old one 15 years later after countless holidays and washes. Only purchasing another because ice changed size. It also folds up to almost nothing for travelling. You will not regret this purchase and even better when club member

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic jacket I bought this for my wife specifically for a walk to Mt Kosciuszko in April. Despite 30 kmh winds and a wind chill factor of about -20º, she remained warm and dry in this double layer jacket. She was also able to remove the inner jacket once she warmed up and kept the outer one on to keep the moisture away.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good walking jacket I was looking for a jacket that I could wear in all seasons. I liked the fact I could just wear the outer layer if the weather was warm and raining. It is a great jacket to wear over a think top however very difficult to put on over a jumper as the polar fleece grabs the jumper. I took this jacket on a road trip, it became a nuisance putting it on over a jumper ever time I got out of the car. I found it to be a good windproof jacket though and kept me warm walking at night. I will be on the lookout for another jacket to use if I will be regularly taking it on and off.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lovely but Velcro damages sleeve I wear this all the time and have had it for a few months. I love it but the one downfall is that if it’s not done up in the front the Velcro gets caught on the sleeve and has made it all bobbly and damaged on one sleeve. For the price you pay I wouldn’t expect this design flaw

Was wondering if this jacket is good for Adelaide winters? Usually low double digits but occasionally comes below 10degrees at night time.

Asked by: Maica
Our jackets do not have temperature ratings as there are many factors that contribute to your overall warmth while wearing a jacket - personal metabolism, rain, wind, humidity, and exertion level however this is an excellent all round jacket for waterproof protection with the waterproof shell as well as windproof and a fleece inner for warmth. This jacket is designed to be suitable for this.

I would not recommend it as this is not designed for snow conditions. Our Styper range is better suited for that type of activity.

Do the outer jackets lose water resistance over time? Can you re-proof them with something if so?  I’ve got one which is about 8 years old and is still looking great.

Asked by: Hollz Almeida
Yes it is very common with regular use and wear that the water resistance on jackets will fade over time. The best news is that it is super easy to re-proof! We recommend using the Granger's Clothing Repel or the Granger's Performance Repel. Both of these products are designed to restore the material's water resistance and we stock these products both online and in store.
