Rated 5 out of 5 by from Didn't want to take these off! I loved these so much I went and bought another pair after a week of wear. A flattering fit, and the small amount of stretch makes for comfortable wear. Im wearing them in winter walking, and they are perfect....actually Im wearing them everywhere! I have problems getting trousers/shorts small enough to fit me (and then they are usually too short in the leg!). The size 8's are a little too big in the waist for me, but the 'internal' belt takes up, and hides the excess pretty well, and they are nice and long in the leg. Would be nice to have a strip of reflective material on the back, ankle area for visibility when I walk in the evenings, and a more extensive colour range. Love 'em!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great quality I bought these about 3 months ago and I love them. There are plenty of pockets, the best one being the bright blue zipper pocket. The waist is adjustable which is perfect for someone who is small and usually has to carry a belt, now I can leave that at home. The only issue I had was with the length and that was easily fixed with some hemming.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from One pair is not enough I've been wearing these pretty much non-stop since I bought them. I bought a second pair to wear when the first pair was in the wash. Awesome alternative to jeans. Mostly I've been wearing them as an everyday pant, but I did wear them on a full day hike on a steep muddy track. They were more hard-wearing than I expected given that the fabric is lightweight (they didn't tear when I slipped a few times). They were thoroughly muddy by the end of the day, but when the mud dried it brushed off easily. They're not very warm so I've been wearing tights underneath on particularly cold days. They're a flattering fit - which is not necessarily a good thing because I didn't notice I'd gained a bit of winter weight until I tried to get back into my skinny jeans. Overall I love them, and have had others notice them and ask where I got them.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Tough Enough I just bought these in a recent sale for a 5 day bush walk. I was a bit hesitant as they seemed so lightweight and I knew I was going somewhere potentially pretty cold. I layered them with merino leggings and they were great. Never felt the cold in the evening, nor did I get sweaty in the middle of the day. Did some hard core bush-bashing tearing through scrub, sat on lots of snaggy rocks and pretty much had spiky, prickly shrubs tearing at my legs the whole 5 days. I was really surprised at how well the fabric held up. They felt loose, stretchy and comfortable the whole time and the adjustable belt on the waist sits nicely flat under a backpack belt. The cut suited me (I tried heaps of others in the shop) pretty well - skinny legs with a bit of chub around the middle - and looked flattering too. So yeah, just great. I'm not usually the type to write reviews either. I think the fabric possibly didn't dry as quickly as some other high-tech fabrics in the mix, but they never felt cold or uncomfortable when wet. Pockets were useful and a good design - could always find stuff and nothing fell out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great pant for work or travel. Well designed. Comfortable to move in, while still being close fitting. Smaller than the last Kathmandu pants I bought. Last time size 12 that I'm still wearing are loose around the waist. These are very snug. When buying on line it is important to have consistent sizing. Still love the pants

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good fitting pants in a nice light fabric While I haven't yet tried these pants during a hike, I have worn them casually around home and camping. They are extremely comfortable and a good fit everywhere. The fabric is quite light, which is great for where I live (Qld) - maybe not so much for colder areas, although they would be good for anyone who feels the heat or sweats easily.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love them I bought this in December, as I was getting ready for a month trip in the South Island. Loved them. Not only comfortable, but also looking amazing. I've been wearing them a lot since then, when going tramping or camping. Thinking about buying them in navy colour as well. Definitely recommend them!
