Summit Club FAQs

  • How do I join Summit Club in store?

Simply ask one of our friendly team and they will get you to fill out an application form.
All we require is your name and full address details it is as easy as that! You will issued a Summit Club Card straight away.

  • Can I join online?

Yes simply log on to www.kathmandu.com.au or www.kathmandu.co.nz and click on Summit Club sign up.
Please note that there is a wait of 3 working days to allow your membership to be processed.
Then log back on click the sign in button enter your email address and click on send password and we’ll send a password to your email account.
Once your account has been activated you’ll be able to sign-in online, personalise your password, update your details and log on to the Kathmandu online store.

  • Will it cost me anything to join?

There is a $10 joining fee, however if you spend over $100 during the preceding year your membership will be renewed for FREE.
Over 60s, students and YHA members also qualify for FREE membership. 

  • Can my family use my Summit Club card also?

Yes membership and benefits of the Summit Club card are for individuals and their immediate families. 

  • How do I check my spend balance?

Simply ask when you are in store and one of our team will be able to look up your details and advise you of your balance.

  • What is the qualifying period for FREE $25 Gift vouchers?

The qualifying period in which to spend $500 and therefore receive your FREE $25 Gift Voucher is 1st August – 31st July of each year.

  • Will my spend balance accumulate over the years?

No spend balance at the end of each qualifying period will not be carried over into the next year.

  • When do the $25 gift vouchers expire?

The $25 gift vouchers are valid for one year from date of issue

  • Can I have cash instead of the $25 Gift voucher?

No our staff can only process a $25 gift voucher

  • What happens if I lose my gift Voucher?

A gift voucher is like cash so if you lose it we cannot replace it therefore please be careful in your handling.

  • What if I forget to bring my Summit Club Card into store?

That’s fine we can look you up on the system and your spend will be attributed to your card.

  • What happens if my Summit Club Card is lost or stolen?

Please contact Summit Club Support on 1800 333 484 AU or 0800 001 234 NZ and we will arrange for a new card to be sent out to you.
