Step 1.
Turn the dials and align the numbers 0-0-0 so they are clearly visible inside the "Windows."
Step 2. Pull up the shackle and turn it 90° counterclockwise to align the projection on the shackle with the notch on the lock body.
Step 3. Press the shackle down firmly and turn the shackle further 90° counterclockwise so it is fixed at a position.
Step 4. Now turn the dials to reset your combination.
Step 5. Return the shackle back to the original position. Your personal combination is now ready to use. To reset your personal combination after use, follow the steps above and reset to 0-0-0. From there, you can reset your personal combination following the same steps. Please remember that you must remember your initial personal combination to reset back to 0-0-0.

TSA Lock Indicator - Travel Sentry is the lock security system officially recognised by TSA: the Transportation Security System at all United States airports and Her Majesty's Revenues and Customers in the United Kingdom. Each TSA Lock has a special identification mark alerting the authorised agents that they can open your luggage without destroying it, if a checked baggage inspection is necessary.
